55 W/N Elite Tome Farmer
We all know 55 Spoil Victor Necromancers, Mesmers and Monks can farm [wiki]Byzzr Wingmender[/wiki] quickly and efficiently for green drops and Elite Monk tomes. My Warrior's the only toon to get through Factions so i tried a gimmick build.
Profession: Warrior/Necro
Attributes: 12 Blood, 12 Curses, 7 Strength (3+1+3)
[skill]Awaken the Blood[/skill][skill]Soul Barbs[/skill][skill]Spoil Victor[/skill][skill]Price of Failure[/skill][skill]Necrotic Traversal[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill][skill]Enraging Charge[/skill]
Template Code: OQQTQ4DHH6NgMQF6M4GMMwwqrAA
Equipment: Cheap armour with Sup Strength / Tactics / Weapon runes, Totem Axe and Grim Cesta to drop your health to 55. Radiant Insignia if you have cash to burn.
Summary: Zone into Melandru's Hope in Hard Mode from Lutgardis Conservatory and head north along the wall to Byzzr Wingmender. Sprint if you feel like it to get there faster. Hide in the small nook to the south of Byzzr and fire off Awaken the Blood, Soul Barbs, Spoil Victor, Price of Failure, Necrosis, Barbed Signet, Spoil Victor, Necrotic Traversal, pick up booty. Here's the run on YouTube.
Rewards: [wiki]Byzzr's Benediction[/wiki], elite Monk tomes, gold weapons, heaps of scrolls, merch food.
Notes & Concerns: The idea is to attack Byzzr from behind a wall so you never get hit and every attack against you fails. The Warrior has a small energy pool but can take Byzzr easily with this build in around a minute for the run.
Credits: It didn't take a rocket surgeon to figure it out Thanks Frantic for Necrotic Traversal and Kane for Awaken the Blood.
Other Bosses
A variant works on Necromancer boss [wiki]Craw Stonereap[/wiki] and Elemental boss [wiki]Zarnas Stonewrath[/wiki] in Arborstone outside Altrumm Ruins.
[skill]Awaken the Blood[/skill][skill]Life Siphon[/skill][skill]Spoil Victor[/skill][skill]Price of Failure[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Dolyak Signet[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill]
Template code: OQQTQ4DHH6NoNQF6M4GcQIAItAA
Equipment: As above. Also take a Longbow or Flatbow.
Summary: Head into Arborstone from Altrumm Ruins and head west along a corridor. Clear the mob with henchies / heroes, then clear the traps before flagging them off radar.
Attack Craw Stonereap from behind the wall. Use Life Siphon to neutralise degen and hit him with Spoil Victor and Price of Failure, he'll drop in seconds. You'll continue to degen upon Craw's death so use Healing Signet to regain health.
For Zarnas Stonewrath, wait until he patrols around a corner before attacking or pull with a bow. Use Dolyak Signet to prevent knockdown interrupts from Gale and hit him with Life Siphon and Spoil Victor. Don't waste energy casting Price of Failure on Zarnas as he only casts spells, save it to recast Spoil Victor. Finish him off with Necrosis.
Notes & Concerns: Depending on the spawn it can be difficult to line up a wall between you and Craw or Zarnas. Hit Sprint, pull the boss with your bow and run back around a corner to set them up. The run takes about 4 minutes to complete.
Update: Chilblains now hits in the area and will instakill you if it hits.
Rewards: [wiki]The Stonereaper[/wiki], [wiki]Zarnas' Wrath[/wiki], elite Necro and Ele tomes, gold weapons, scrolls etc...
The Ritualist boss [wiki]Chkkr Brightclaw[/wiki] is deadmeat with the following build in NM. Elite tomes don't drop in NM, but the [wiki]Brightclaw[/wiki]does - it's the only 20/20 Restoration wand in the game and is well worth picking up to use with the 330 Rt/Mo farmer or W/Rt Raptor Nestling farmer (a great spot to farm lockpicks/dyes/golds/festival items). It's possible to farm Chkkr Brightclaw in HM however you may need a hero or two for the kill assist.
[skill]Awaken the Blood[/skill][skill]Spoil Victor[/skill][skill]Price of Failure[/skill][skill]Defile Flesh[/skill][skill]Barbed Signet[/skill][skill]Necrotic Traversal[/skill][skill]Sprint[/skill]
Template code: OQQTQ4DHH6NQF6MIQ4GcQIMorAA
Equipment: As above. Also take a Longbow or Flatbow.
Summary: Head into Melandru's Hope through Jade Flats with your heroes or some henchies. Go down the ramp and continue west until you spot Chkkr on the radar. Stop at the top of the hill next to Brightclaw's location and flag the heroes/henchies over the next hill to the west to intercept a patrol of Stone Scale Kirin, Undergrowth and Dragon Moss that would otherwise interfere with your farm. Make sure your H&H are off radar before attacking Brightclaw.
Hit Brightclaw with your longbow and he'll drop [skill=text]Recuperation[/skill]. Move down the hill and hide behind the large rocky outcrop. Draw Chkrr to you to move him out of range of the spirit. Chain your skills in order, you'll run out of energy after casting Defile Flesh. Allow your energy to regen to 10 then hit him with SV again. Hit him with Necrosis and Barbed Signet to finish him off. Use Necrotic Traversal to pick up any drops. The run takes about 2 mins to complete.
Notes & Concerns: Pull Brightclaw as far as possible away from Recuperation, otherwise he can be a hard kill. If he has time to cast Recuperation again, you won't complete the farm solo. Call one of your ranged heroes back to help bring down Brightclaw, or restart the run.
Rewards: [wiki]Brightclaw[/wiki], Elite Ritualist tomes, scrolls, weapons etc...
Other Classes
The same basic build can be applied to any X/N or N/X class. The optimal choice would be a N/Me with Backfire, Diversion and Empathy tossed into the mix

any caster can do this really, doesnt need to be a 55, but nice job.
i find the old n/me with ss,empathy, backfire and pof to be damn simple, infact theres atleast 2 other bosses that i know of that you can do in a similar fashion.

SV is quicker than SS. I'd go N/Me if i had one there, but i don't
If you don't mind me asking, what are the other two bosses?

True but it's quicker and more fun to run a full bar.

Here's my Mo-Me build I used to farm successfully dozens of times without losing a single hit point. It's really a mesmer build, but it works even as a mesmer secondary.

covah, he needs to have 55hp or spoil victor will be useless after a while. it's ot like he's trying to be a W/Mo 55 tank, then we'd have a problem.

Good idea. I blew an elite tome + green drop by not paying attention to a patrol. Teleport over, no problems!

Thanx Antithesis! Like you, my War was the only one able to get there and I need Elite Monk Tomes. I experimented a bit, and bought some Ascalon Armor (threw on the cheap sup runes), and dinked with the build.
Atts are the same as yours.
Awaken the Blood, Soul Barbs, Spoil Victor, Price of Failure, Necrosis, Barb Sig, Necrotic Transversal, Sprint.
How do I do that with only 20 energy? I use a Mindclouder I farmed so many of I don't know what to do with. It kicks my health up by 30, but gives me +20 energy. Works Great. Awaken the Blood really helps with the farm time. Thanx again.

Thanks for the Awaken the Blood suggestion Kane, i'll update the build. Once i slotted Necrotic Traversal in, Sig of Stamina became completely obsolete.
I'm using a rusty old set of Drok's Templar Armor with Radiants, Totem Axe and Grim Cesta for 39 nrg and 55 hp.
I've got so many Byzzr's Benedictions i'm using them as firewood

Add Mark of Subversion to speed things, it will block Byzzr when it uses HB.

The trick is to let the wall stand between you and byzzr, he should still be withing casting range, but as the wall is between you and him, he cant touch you Sit back and enjoy the fun

10 energy for a one time hit of 87 damage with a 30 recharge is a waste. You're right on the edge of energy capacity as it is. Necrosis does 75 for 5 energy and 2 sec recharge so it's a better choice, even then it's really not needed.
